Joey is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran who has been raised in a family deeply rooted in construction. He developed an appreciation for quality workmanship and the value of doing things the "Wright Way." He works alongside his father, Nicholas Wright, a licensed California General Contractor, whose extensive industry experience and commitment to excellence have helped shape the company’s standards. Together, they combine military discipline with proven construction expertise to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality demolition services built on integrity, accountability, and trust.

Construction has always been more than a career for Nicholas Wright—it has been a lifelong pursuit built on experience, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Nicholas was introduced to the construction industry by his father, who helped lay the foundation for the career and companies he has built today.
Nicholas began his professional career as a union carpenter in the Bay Area, working on custom homes and advancing from apprentice to journeyman carpenter. Through years of hands-on experience in the field, he developed an extensive working knowledge of virtually every aspect of residential construction before eventually founding The Wright Construction Company, Inc.
Years later, Nicholas had the opportunity to introduce his own son to the industry. That experience ultimately led to the creation of The Wright Demolition Company, a specialized demolition division built to complement and expand the services of The Wright Construction Company.
With decades of construction experience behind him, Nicholas remains personally involved in every project, overseeing the work and maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail that his clients have come to expect.
